Noémie Tessier is the Executive Pastry Chef at Angelina Paris patisserie and on Thursday, October 21 she will kick off the 8th season of the World of Work program at The École. She will be meeting our 7th and 8th Grade students to answer their questions about her career, values, and background. The Meet-A-Pro session will be followed by a short demonstration of how to prepare a perfect hot chocolate.
