Grâce à la venue hier de Noémie Tessier j’ai eu la chance de boire un chocolat chaud succulent et de manger de délicieuses madeleines. Noémie, la cheffe pâtissière d’Angelina Paris, New York, venait à la rencontre de nos élèves de 5ème et de 4ème dans le cadre du projet World of Work coordonné de main de maître depuis déjà 8 ans par notre collègue Franck Le Martelot avec l’aide de Gayle Hampton. Elle leur a parlé très candidement de son parcours personnel et professionnel et a répondu aux questions qu’ils avaient consciencieusement préparées.
