2024-2025 Schedule of Costs
For our full-year (September 2024 through June 2025), full-day (8:30 am to 3:30 pm in Maternelle, 8:05-3:40 p.m. in Elementary & Middle School) program:
Pre-Nursery and Nursery:
- Tuition: $43,000
- One-time Enrollment Fee (first year only): $1,000
- Application Fee: $300
Pre-K to Grade 8:
- Tuition: $44,600
- One-time Enrollment Fee (first year only): $3,500
- Application Fee: $300
For all students, whether new or returning, we require a tuition deposit of $5,500 to secure each student’s seat at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment. This $5,500 non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the overall tuition.
The École Global Tuition
The schedule shown above does not include additional fees related to lunch, uniforms, after school, overnight field trips or Camp activities. Don’t hesitate to inquire about our Global Tuition for a simpler tuition that includes all or some of these options.
Payment options for enrollment before April 30, 2024
1. Payment In Full
Payment in full directly to The École by electronic payment before January 15, 2024. There is a $1,000 reduction in tuition with this option for a full year of tuition only and for payment made before January 15. This $1,000 reduction is not available to recipients of Financial Assistance.
2. Payment in Two Installments
Payment directly to The École by electronic payment as follows:
First installment before May 1, 2024: 50% of the total amount due
Second installment before October 1, 2024: 50% of the total amount due
3. Payment in Nine Monthly Installments
Payment is made online via FACTS tuition payment system. Payments are due on the 1st of every month, beginning with April 1, 2024, and ending on December 1, 2024.
Mid-year arrivals
For students beginning classes after December 15 of a given school year, families must pay a prorated tuition in full before the start date.
- For students beginning classes between December 15 and April 1, the prorated tuition is 2/3 of the full-year tuition, in addition to the one-time enrollment and application fees.
- After April, the prorated tuition is 1/3 of the full-year tuition, in addition to the one-time enrollment and application fees.
