Schedule of Costs

For our full-year (September 2018 through June 2019), full-day (9:00 am to 3:30 pm) program:

  • Tuition for Nursery to 8th Grade: $33,900
  • Application/Re-Enrollment Fee: $200
  • One-time Initial Enrollment Fee: $3,000
  • Hot Lunch: $1,600

The schedule shown above does not include additional fees related to After School, Vacation Camp or Summer Camp activities.

Payment options

1. Payment In Full

Payment in full directly to The École by check or wire transfer prior to May 1, 2018. There is a $500 reduction in tuition with this option.

2. Payment in Two Installments

Payment directly to The École by check or wire transfer as follows:
First installment:
50% of total amount due paid prior to May 1, 2018
Second installment:
50% of total amount due paid prior to October 1, 2018

3. Payment in Nine Monthly Installments

Payments are due on the 1st day of every month beginning with April 1, 2018, and ending on December 1, 2018. Please note that any payments made through our parent portal, with the exception of applicable fees, will be subjected to a handling fee.

Mid-year arrivals

All students beginning classes after December 15, 2018, must pay in full, prior to the start date, a prorated tuition.

  • For students beginning classes between December 15, 2018, and April 1, 2019, the prorated tuition is 2/3 of the full year tuition, in addition to the one-time enrollment and application fees.
  • After April 1, 2019, the prorated tuition is 1/3 of the of the full year tuition, in addition to the one-time enrollment and application fees.
