The École Financial Assistance
The financial need assessment is processed through Ravenna Financial Aid in collaboration with NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools). Parents who are interested in applying for financial assistance must submit their application to Ravenna Financial Aid during their application process to The École, via their family portal. Applicants will need our school code (found in the guide below) and will be asked to complete a Parents’ Financial Statement and pay a fee to submit their file.
Please note that financial assistance is not available in cases where a third party (such as an employer or external organization) contributes to part or all of a student’s tuition. In addition, families who did not receive assistance upon initial enrollment are not eligible to apply for financial assistance until they have been enrolled at the school for at least two years.
Scholarships for French citizens
French nationals admitted to schools accredited by the French government may be eligible for assistance with tuition fees through the Social Services of the French Consulate in New York. The École is one of only three schools in the New York City area that has full accreditation for all grades offered.
French citizens planning to apply for French scholarship must complete financial assistance applications to the French Consulate and for The École at the same time. Applicants must first be registered with the Consulate and will be asked to meet with the Consulate’s Social Services to review their submissions.
