The École’s Afterwork/Apéro events are intimate, adults-only gatherings designed to bring parents and staff together in a relaxed, informal setting—with enough time to be home for an early night. Held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., these events take place in both our Maternelle and Elementary & Middle School buildings and feature drinks and light bites.

Invitations from Philippe and Laurence will be sent out at least three weeks prior to each event.

The RSVP link opens at 6:00 p.m. on the day invitations are sent and remains open for 48 hours. If RSVPs exceed capacity—80 guests—attendees will be randomly selected from the list. You’ll receive a follow-up email confirming whether you’re on the guest list or the waiting list.
