October 20, 2025 - November 3, 2025

Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs) take place twice a year. Ideally, we would like parents to come to school to meet their children’s teachers in person so they can see their child’s work and class environment. If it is not possible for parents to attend the PTCs in person, online options may be offered.

Appointments for the PTCs will open on Monday, October 20, and on Monday, February 23. The links to make the appointments will be shared in the Monday Memos on those days. Parents can also schedule meetings with teacher(s) at other moments during the school year.

Maternelle PTCs

Maternelle PTCs will take place on Monday, November 10, and Thursday, March 19. There is no school, After-School or daycare on those days for Maternelle students. The Maternelle School Life Assistants (SLAs) will supervise children on the 5th floor during the time slot of their parent-teacher conference.

Elementary PTCs

The first Elementary PTCs will take place from 1 p.m. on Friday, November 7, and all day on  Monday, November 10. The second Elementary PTCs will take place from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, and all day on Thursday, March 19. Elementary students will be dismissed at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 7, and Wednesday, March 18. Children who ride the school bus will catch it at 12 p.m. on both days. There will be no After-School, camp, or daycare for Elementary students on Friday, November 7, Monday, November 10, Wednesday, March 18, or Thursday, March 19. Elementary students can wait in the library or visit the Scholastic book fair in the Préau while their parents are meeting their teachers.

Middle School PSTCs

The Middle School Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences take place all day on Friday, November 7, Monday, November 10, Wednesday, March 18, and Thursday, March 19. Middle School parents have the opportunity to meet all the Middle School and specialist teachers (up to 14 different teachers!). There is no school or After-School for Middle School students on those days. Middle School students attend the PTCs with their parents.
