The École’s Afterwork/Apéro events are intimate, adults-only gatherings designed to bring parents, guardians and staff together in a relaxed, informal setting—with enough time to be home for an early night. Held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., these events alternate between our Maternelle and Elementary & Middle School buildings and feature drinks and light bites.

Invitations from Philippe and Laurence will be sent out at least three weeks prior to each event.
Please note:
The RSVP link opens at 6:00 p.m. on the day invitations are sent and remains open for 48 hours. If RSVPs exceed capacity—80 guests—attendees will be randomly selected from the list. You’ll receive a follow-up email confirming whether you’re on the guest list or the waiting list. Only guests who are on the guest list can attend the event. If you are on the guest list and you or your +1 cannot make it to the apéro, please let events@theEcole.org know in advance.
