Parents/guardians of newly enrolled Pre-Nursery, 1st & 6th Grade students receive a settling-in letter from class teachers and/or their Middle School mentor.
Maternelle Report Cards, Mid-Term Updates, and Settling-In Letters
Parents/guardians of Pre-Nursery and all newly enrolled Maternelle students will receive a short settling-in letter from their child’s teachers on Friday, October 9, letting them know how their child’s first month at The École has been. All Maternelle parents/guardians will receive a mid-term update for their child during the week of Monday, November 9, ahead of the first Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs), which take place on Monday, November 16 (more about the PTCs on page xxx). Pre-Nursery parents/guardians receive a narrative assessment from the teachers at the end of the 1st semester and a Je Valide report card at the end of the 2nd semester. Parents/guardians of Nursery, Pre-K, and Kindergarten receive a unique Je valide report card for their child each semester. The Pre-Nursery narrative assessments and the Maternelle Je valide report cards will be emailed to parents/guardians by the class teachers on Friday, January 22, and on Friday, June 18.

Parents/guardians of 1st Grade and all newly enrolled Elementary students will receive a short settling-in letter from their child’s teachers on Friday, October 9, letting them know how their child’s first month at The École has been. All Elementary Parents/guardians will receive a mid-term update letter for their child during the week of Monday, November 9, ahead of the first Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs), which take place during the afternoon of Friday, November 13, and all day on Monday, November 16 (more about the PTCs on page xxx). Parents/guardians of 1st to 5th Grade students receive a report card for their child each semester. They can be accessed on the Focus platform from 5 p.m. on Friday, January 22, and Friday, June 18.
Middle School Report Cards and Settling-In Letters
Parents/guardians of 6th Grade and newly enrolled Middle School students will receive a short settling-in letter on Friday, October 9, letting them know how their child has adapted to life in Middle School. Parents/guardians of students in 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade will receive report cards at the end of each trimester. They can be accessed on Focus from 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11, Friday, March 12, and Friday, June 18.
