Please find here a link to our second multi-lingual magazine, Keep Calm and Eat On, the end product of a semester-long interdisciplinary project connecting Humanities, Mandarin, and SVT by our grade 7 students.
Our 2nd graders met with 7th grade and asked questions of our middle schoolers about nutrition. Why is sugar bad for us? Why should we eat fruits and vegetables? What does “organic” mean? etc. The 7th graders replied in the magazine. In the end, the 2nd graders went to visit the 7th graders who featured a great presentation on how they made the magazine, how they edited it, took decisions, and published it. They also answered all the 2nd graders’ questions.
