It has been a little while since our last update. As you can imagine, the end-of-year period was relatively quiet, and there was not a whole lot to report, but since last week, things have accelerated considerably.

On Thursday, January 14, we did a final walkthrough meeting with the architects and contractors, and after finalizing a few important layout details, the construction crew was on-site and looking very busy at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 15.

A very short update for you today! We wanted to share the renderings of some of our future facilities with you.

Where we are now
On Tuesday, October 22, we visited our architects’ offices downtown. The goal of this meeting was to pick the material and the color for the cabinetry, the laminates, the restrooms, and the floors, which is both an exciting and slightly overwhelming process!

As announced at the end of the last academic year, we will relocate The École Elementary and Middle School to the building next door. After hashing out the plans and with many not-always-fascinating minutiae involved, we now intend to write to you every second week to keep you up to speed as best as possible.
